Geocities/Pagebuilder Substitute?
What’s up, folks? I manage a few low-end websites that I’ve been using Yahoo Geocities Pagebuilder to create and maintain. Now that Geocities is shutting down in about a month, I’m going to need something similar.
Exactly what I am looking for is a browser-based WYSIWYG page/site builder. I don’t want templates, frames, or anything of that nature. I simply want a blank canvas to put content wherever I please.
Do you folks know of anything like this, preferably free?
Thank you, and I appreciate the help.
I changed over to the paid Geo small business with a domain name long ago because none of the freebies were very good. It’s only about 12 bucks a month and as good a file manager as you’ll find. I made a page about it for some friends:

I’m very happy with the service and I don’t like templates either!
The page will show you what to expect.
